CONSTRUCTION
Your home will be scheduled for construction start following final plan approval and removal of contingencies. The construction process is complex and involves a close coordination of the various construction steps. Each step is dependent upon the completion of the preceding steps. Weather may cause delays. However, Hayden's construction procedures are designed to complete your home in an efficient, controlled manner. Construction will not take place everyday, as some flexible time is designed into each construction schedule. Every effort is made to complete homes on schedule.
Please remember the start of construction is dependent upon your removal of all contingencies and completion of the planning process.
