PRE-CONSTRUCTION PLAN REVIEW
Prior to the start of your new home and after all of your selections and final plans have been completed, our Salesperson will schedule a pre-construction meeting. At this important meeting, we will REVIEW the entire construction sequence and review details of your new home plan, the home site, and all material and option selections. The plan REVIEW is an important final step prior to the start of construction on your new home; so if a detail is important to you, let us know at this REVIEW. At this time, we will have a good idea of when construction should begin and, based on that date, we will document your projected closing date. You will be requested to sign the Acknowledgement of Projected Closing Date form at this meeting.
