FINAL CONTINGENCY REMOVAL The preliminary closing date on your Sales Contract assumes that all contingencies are removed within the time frames allotted. This is accomplished by your execution of the Waiver of Contingency in the lower left corner of any copy of your Sales Contract. The remaining amount of your construction deposit is, also, due at this time.
