A letter from your Hayden Closing Coordinator will be sent to you verifying the time, date, and location of your closing. Some lenders require you to meet at their office prior to the title company and others do not.
The title company representative will notify you about two days prior to closing with the exact amount of the Cashier's Check to be presented at closing.
It is possible that some minor materials may be back ordered; or, for your benefit, we may not have installed the seed/sod by the time of your closing. It has been our experience that most lenders understand this is common on new homes. However, some lenders request an escrow account be set up to cover the cost of these items. We do not fund this escrow at closing. Thus, if applicable, it will be your responsibility to make your lender aware of this policy.
