NEW HOME ORIENTATION
Prior to closing and moving into your new home, you will be asked to attend your New Home Orientation. This meeting will be conducted in your completed, new home by a representative of the Hayden production team. It is a very important meeting which is intended to accomplish several things:
- demonstration of the operation of the systems and appliances in your new home;
- provide information regarding general maintenance procedures and requirements of your home and site;
- answer any questions you have about your new home;
- confirm the home is complete and meets with your approval, and document any minor adjustments which may be necessary.
